Terms of sale & licence
Clear terms.
From the beginning.
Last updated 1 November 2026
These terms apply when you buy templates or book services from Innovation Management Group. Please read them before you buy. By completing checkout, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Innovation Management Group is a trading name of Dash Digital Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17185782, registered office 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. You can contact us at hello@innovationmanagementgroup.co.uk.
2. What you’re buying
Our templates are downloadable Microsoft Word and Excel documents, sold individually, in packs, or as the complete collection, as described on our templates page. They help you prepare bids and plan, run and review projects. They don’t guarantee that a bid will be funded or won, or that a project will succeed.
3. Your licence
- Single-user licence (the standard price): one named person may use the templates on any number of their own projects, with no expiry.
- Team licence: for more than one person, including consortium partners. Contact us to arrange one.
- You can share the documents you complete with the templates, such as your bid, plans and reports, with anyone, and you may remove our template notices from them.
- You may not resell, share, publish or give away the blank templates, including on online marketplaces, or pass them to anyone outside your licence.
Copyright in the templates stays with Dash Digital Ltd. Each file carries an identifying licence mark so we can trace copies, and we act on any unauthorised sale or publication.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Checkout is run by Stripe’s Managed Payments service: your order is processed and sold through Onelink, which works out and collects any VAT due for your location, and whose checkout terms also apply to your payment. The price shown is the price you pay. Your purchase is complete when payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery
As soon as your payment goes through, you’re taken to a download page for your purchase. That page is your permanent download link, so please bookmark it. If you lose it or the download doesn’t work, email us with the address you paid with and we’ll send it again.
6. Your right to cancel
If you buy as a consumer, the law normally gives you 14 days to cancel. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once the download begins if you agreed to immediate supply at checkout. Cancellation and refund requests are handled through Onelink, which processes our checkout. If you buy for your business, this cancellation right doesn’t apply.
7. If something is wrong
If a file is faulty or doesn’t match its description, tell us and we’ll fix or replace it. If we can’t, we’ll refund you. This doesn’t affect your legal rights as a consumer.
If you receive a refund for any reason, your licence ends and you must delete the templates and any copies of them.
8. Advisory sessions, premium setup and consultancy
One-to-one advisory sessions, premium setup and consultancy are agreed with you in writing (email is fine) before any work starts, and invoiced directly. If you need to cancel or move a session, tell us at least two working days beforehand and we’ll rearrange it or refund the session in full. Templates included in premium setup are delivered once the invoice is paid and are covered by sections 3 to 7. Anything specific to a consultancy engagement is set out in our written proposal.
9. Our responsibility to you
We take care to make the templates accurate and useful, but you are responsible for the content of your own bids and projects, and for checking the current requirements of any funder or buyer. We aren’t liable for lost funding, contracts, profits or business opportunities. For template purchases, our total liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. The terms in force when you buy apply to that purchase. How we use personal data is explained in our privacy notice.
