Privacy notice

Your information,
handled with care.

Last updated 1 November 2026

This notice explains how Innovation Management Group uses personal data when you visit this website, contact us, book a session, buy templates or work with us.

The short version

  • We use your details only to answer you, deliver what you buy and run our work with you.
  • This website has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
  • We never sell personal data.

Who we are

Innovation Management Group is a trading name of Dash Digital Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17185782. Our registered office is 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. Dash Digital Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here.

For anything about your personal data, email hello@innovationmanagementgroup.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you visit this website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information your browser sends (such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We don’t use analytics or advertising, and we don’t load fonts or other content from other companies.

This website sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to check that a visit comes from a person rather than a bot.

When you send us an enquiry

Our enquiry form is run by Formspree. When you use it, we receive your name, email address, organisation (if you give it), the topic you choose and your message. We use these to reply and to deal with your enquiry.

When you buy templates

Checkout is run by Stripe’s Managed Payments service, and your order is sold through Onelink. They handle your card details, work out any tax due and keep their own records as required by law; we never see your full card number. We receive your name, email address, billing country or address, what you bought and how much you paid. We use these to give you access to your download, keep business and tax records, and help if anything goes wrong.

When you book a session or work with us

For one-to-one advisory, premium setup and consultancy, we use your contact details and the project information you share with us to arrange and deliver the work, send invoices and keep records. If you book a call through our online calendar, run by Cal.com, we receive your name, email address, the time you choose and any notes you add. Calls booked this way use Cal.com’s built-in video service; other sessions run on the platform we agree with you.

Our lawful bases

  • Contract: delivering templates and services you buy, and steps you ask us to take before that.
  • Legitimate interests: answering enquiries, and running and securing our business and this website.
  • Legal obligation: keeping financial and tax records.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers, who act on our instructions:

  • Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
  • Fastmail: email.
  • Formspree: the enquiry form.
  • Cal.com: booking calls and video meetings.

Stripe and Onelink process payments and, for template purchases, act as the seller responsible for payment, tax and refunds, so they make their own decisions about payment data under their own privacy policies.

We may also share information with our accountants, or where the law requires it, for example with HM Revenue & Customs. We never sell personal data or share it for marketing.

Data outside the UK

Several of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States or the European Union. When personal data leaves the UK, it is protected either by UK adequacy regulations, which include the UK–US data bridge, or by contract terms approved under UK law in the providers’ data processing agreements.

How we keep it safe

This website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and Cloudflare protects it against attacks. Our email, hosting and payment accounts are protected by strong passwords and two-step sign-in, and only the people who need access have it.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and booking details: for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, then for up to two years, unless you become a client.
  • Purchase, client and invoice records: six years from the end of the financial year they relate to, as tax law requires.
  • Website logs: held briefly by Cloudflare under its own retention policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, limit or stop how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format where that right applies. To make a request, email hello@innovationmanagementgroup.co.uk. It’s free, and we’ll respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We don’t make decisions about you by automated means.

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your personal data, please tell us first. We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and tell you what happens next. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use personal data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
