What can I edit, and which software do I need?
The collection contains 14 Word documents (.docx) and 10 Excel workbooks (.xlsx). You can adapt them to your own projects. Microsoft Word and Excel are recommended; formatting and spreadsheet behaviour may vary in other applications.
Can I buy just one template?
Yes. Every template is sold on its own — open the Individual templates tab to see each one and its price. You can also choose a focused pack or the complete collection.
Is the Bid Template only for one funder?
No. It follows the questions most funders and buyers ask — the need, your approach, the team, the market, the impact and delivery — so it works for grant applications, innovation competitions, tenders and other competitive bids. Map each section to the questions in your brief.
How do I pay, and when do I get the files?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe’s Managed Payments service, so your receipt will show the order as sold through Onelink. As soon as your payment goes through, you’re taken to a download page for your purchase. Bookmark it: it’s your permanent download link. If you lose it, email us with the address you paid with and we’ll send it again.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are in pounds sterling. Stripe works out any VAT due for your location at checkout, and the price shown is the price you pay.
What does the licence cover?
One named user can use the templates across their own projects in perpetuity, and share the documents they complete with anyone. The blank templates cannot be resold, shared or published. Need it for a team? Ask us about a team licence.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests go through Onelink, which processes our checkout, and its checkout terms explain your cancellation rights. If a file is faulty or doesn’t match its description, we’ll fix it, replace it or refund you. If you’re refunded, your licence ends and you must delete the templates and any copies.
Do these templates guarantee funding or project success?
No. They support your own judgement and project processes. Always check the current questions and eligibility rules for your bid. No funding award, contract, accreditation or official endorsement is implied.
What happens in premium setup?
The £949 package includes the complete collection, the collection guide and one 60-minute online session to discuss your project context and choose a practical starting point. We agree a time with you first, then send an invoice.
